At this year’s VIP Gala celebration, guests will be treated to a multicultural kaleidoscope of delicious dishes including Peruvian ceviche, Mexican taquitos, Guatemalan tamales, Colombian coffee and desserts, a Colombian sudado made with chickpeas, and a mini Citrus Cured Canadian Salmon Salad with Arugula, Shaved Fennel, Radishes Shoestring Potatoes and Lemon and Chive Creme Fraiche.
